👉 Technique of execution BARBELL SPIDER CURL

  • Take a bench, set a 45 degree angle, prepare the bar, it’s best to take the EZ barbell, equip it with a weight that will suit your strength training;
  • Lie down on the bench, drop your hands from the edge of the bench to the very bottom and take up the barbell, this is the starting position
  • Start slowly lifting the barbell, cutting the biceps, when the bar reaches the maximum and this angle is 45 degrees relative to your shoulder, fix the weight for 1 second. and slowly under control, start to lower the weight to its starting position
  • Do the required number of repetitions
