ā¢ Experiment with the position of socks and feet.
ā¢ Preheat caviar before hard work
ā¢ Try to do the exercise in full amplitude.
ā¢ Hold at the top for 1-2 seconds.
ā¢ Stretch the calves between the approaches.
ā¢ Do at least 10 repetitions per set
ā¢ Train the calves after heavy squats.
So, if you perform lifts on the toes standing, changing the position of the feet, you make different bundles of calf muscles work:
- Socks wider than the heels ā an emphasis on the medial (inner) head of the calf muscles.
- Socks already heels ā focus on the lateral (external) head.
- Stops in parallel ā uniform distribution of load on calves.
