Always remember this is a marathon, not s sprint!! I no longer consider myself on a weight loss journey. Iāve lost 120 lbs, Iām happy with my body & most importantly Iām healthy! However, that doesnāt mean I can stop living the lifestyle. For the remainder of my life I know two things. 1: Iām going to go up and down in weight about 10-15lbs and thatās honestly quite normal. 2: Iām going to forever have to work at keeping my health and weight in check. This is the main reason why I donāt answer those āhow long did it take you to lose weightā questions because itās never going to be over. Once you decide to live this lifestyle just know it takes a lifetime commitment, even after the weight is lost!.
