Always remember this is a marathon, not s sprint!! I no longer consider myself on a weight loss journey. Iâve lost 120 lbs, Iâm happy with my body & most importantly Iâm healthy! However, that doesnât mean I can stop living the lifestyle. For the remainder of my life I know two things. 1: Iâm going to go up and down in weight about 10-15lbs and thatâs honestly quite normal. 2: Iâm going to forever have to work at keeping my health and weight in check. This is the main reason why I donât answer those âhow long did it take you to lose weightâ questions because itâs never going to be over. Once you decide to live this lifestyle just know it takes a lifetime commitment, even after the weight is lost!.
