✅ Full body workouts are a great way to start, and even continue a weight training journey. I know advanced guys who still do full body workouts (including myself), and that’s because they hold many benefits:⠀

If you’re in your first 2 years of training, full body workouts are really a great option for you.⠀

👉 Getting stronger on the big compounds – in the workout above, the compounds are the first 5 exercises⠀

About this workout, it shouldn’t take you more than 60-75 minutes max. It’s kinda short for a full body workout, because I got rid of all the unessentials when you are a beginner. It focuses on the big compounds and is hypertrophy-oriented.
