How I weight lost 10kg in 3 Months – Personal Experience Milk Tea Diet
I followed the milk tea diet using fasting days. And I managed to get rid of 10 kg, and this is not the limit.
I want to share an excellent way to lose weight, with which I was able to get rid of annoying obesity in a relatively short period of time and lose as much as 10 kg! And a very effective milk tea diet helped me in this. Its author is Marina Blinovskaya, a former fashion model, who, even at the age of 80, retained her harmony and pleasant appearance.
Fasting days on a milk tea diet
It is thanks to this very simple diet that I have lost 10 kg and gained lightness and excellent health. For everyone who wants to lose weight and keep in good shape, Marina Blinovskaya (Russian model) suggests periodically following a one-day milk-tea diet, that is, fasting days on which only tea and milk are allowed. On the other days, you should not forget about moderation in diet (it is best to choose one of the moderate diets for yourself) and physical activity (to do certain exercises for weight loss).
It turned out to be especially close to me that Maria Blinovskaya, like me, did not like long-term diets, but preferred fasting days to them, which she arranged once a week.
Two options for a milk diet

Diet number 1.
So, following the first option, I drank during the day, every two hours, one glass (200 ml) of strongly brewed tea with a little sugar added. 7-8 glasses came out per day.
In between, it was necessary to drink one and a half liters of milk in equal portions. It was by observing such simple fasting days that I lost 10 kg, and quite quickly. It was just a miracle: the weight dropped very quickly! When I was unable to keep my tea intake schedule, I simply mixed it with milk in a thermos and drank a little during the day. By the way, the milk diet allows you to drink not only black, but also a green tea, and green is even better, as it speeds up metabolism.
Diet number 2.
Sometimes I resorted to the second method: I brewed one and a half tablespoons of green tea in 1.5 liters of boiling milk, 2.5% fat. Then I strained the resulting tea and drank it throughout the day. You just need to remember to drink fresh mineral water without gas, at least two liters per day. That’s all – very simple, isn’t it? And efficiency is amazing! Only during the first such fasting day, I lost almost a kilogram!

Features of the milk tea diet
You can make fasting days on a milk tea diet no more than one day a week. This diet is completely safe and very easy to follow! Thanks to milk, the body receives the necessary nutrients and vitamins, and the caffeine contained in tea activates the fat burning processes. Tea in combination with milk is absorbed much better and becomes even more useful. In addition, as you know, tea strengthens the immune system and is a very strong antioxidant, and, therefore, reduces the risk of malignant tumors.
Milk only with tea
Following a wonderful milk-milk diet, I gradually lost weight at a fairly rapid pace, and I did not have any digestive problems. Milk is much better absorbed when taken with tea. Tea contains tannin, a substance that can reduce the permeability of the gastric mucosa, which prevents fermentation from developing.
Observing a milk-tea diet, in less than three months, I lost 10 kg and was able to get rid of many of my complexes. This diet is useful for those who have heart and kidney problems, as it has a diuretic and choleretic effect, but the intake of all fluids must be finished before 6 pm.
This safe, non-contraindicated diet is suitable for people of all ages. I am now at a stable weight, but from time to time I resort to this wonderful diet again so as not to lose shape.
