Before Weight Health Loss
One the left I was around 300 lbs and completely oblivious to my horrible eating habits. I honestly thought I didn’t eat *that* bad and that genetics/thyroid issues were solely to blame.
It was until I had an honest conversation with myself that I realized I ate way more than I thought and needed to get my act together. So I started religiously tracking my calories (which showed I averaged 2500-3000k a day) and moving more.
I also incorporated more fruits and vegetables into my diet, replaced diet sodas with water and avoided fast food as much as possible. Eventually I started walking and then running. And almost two years later I am down 160+ lbs and have maintained that weight loss for 3 months now.
And I won’t lie and say it’s been easy because it’s not. But it is worth it! All you have to do is be honest with yourself, make a plan and move heaven and earth to stick to it. Good luck!
