Chicken fillet is very appetizing and juicy. Make a cut in the chicken fillet, in which to put the cheese. Close it with toothpicks, pan the meat with flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan until crusty. • Cheese – 120 Grams
• Chicken breast – 3 pieces
• Egg – 1 piece
• Flour – To taste
• Breadcrumbs – To taste

In each breast with a knife, make pockets in which to put equal parts of cheese.
