Place the legs narrow and in the center of the plate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The final exercise in ATVs will be a dumbbell. You can make running drops or dropouts in place, but make sure you take big steps while keeping your body upright. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Moving to the hamstrings. Start with a straight leg. Keep your back straight with a neutral spine and lower the bar down to feel the stretch in your hamstrings. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The second movement of the hamstring will be kneeling. You can change them for different ways of hovering the legs, depending on what kind of cars you have in your gym. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Complete the work with 3 sets of calves, (I always miss these 😂), making sure that you do not bounce.
