Pilaf IN MULTIVARCA

· Turkey – 350 g
· Onions – 1 pc.
· Garlic – 2 cloves
Carrots – 1 pc.
Spices for pilaf (barberry, turmeric) – to taste
Rice pour boiling water and put it aside. Grate the carrot finely and cut the onions. Garlic let through the press. Cut the meat into small cubes.
In the multivarka pour a little olive oil and put the frying regime for 20 minutes at 160 ° C. Add onions, meat and spices. Fry, stirring occasionally. When you stay 5 minutes frying mode – add a grated carrot. Meat should be fried until golden brown.
