🔥Cable Machine Upright Rows

Technique of execution

  • Approach the simulator, lower the mount with the cable to the very bottom, hang a long bar;
  • Take the bar in your hands raise to the height of the hips, this is the starting position, the grip palms on yourself;
  • Start pulling the bar to the chin but, it does not have to rise above the chest;
  • Do the necessary number of repetitions, 3-4 approaches

🔥 Seated Cable Machine Face-Pulls

Technique of execution

  • Approach the simulator, sit on the bench, put the weight you need, hang the rope, pull it in your arms and pull it towards your arm length, this is the starting position;
  • Start pulling the rope to yourself at the height of the chest, pull back your hands back until the blades are folded, so you engage the back beam of deltas;
  • Perform the number of repetitions, 3-4 approaches
