🚨 SUPINATION CURL VARIATION

🎯 This is one of my favorite arm exercise which is meant to target the brachioradialis & brachialis often overlooked muscles. The brachioradialis muscle is the muscle that transitions the upper arm muscles to the forearm muscles. While the brachialis is beneath the bicep and is solely responsible for elbow flexion unlike the biceps.

✅ The supination curl is performed by starting in a neutral grip with the dumbbell to the side of the body. Shoulder blades squeezed down and back and arm parallel to the body. Begin to curl the dumbbell up as soon as the dumbbell clears your side move into a prone grip (palm facing down). Continue till you reach your desired range of motion, then begin to supinate the dumbbell (bringing the palm to face up).
