Exercise: Twisting the body

Technique of the exercise:

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and hands near your feet.
  2. Tear both feet off the floor.
  3. Lower the upper part of the body, and simultaneously pull the legs forward.
  4. Rise into a sitting position.
  5. Do not let your feet touch the floor.

Exercise: Scissors

Technique of the exercise:

  1. Lie on your back.
  2. Put both hands behind your head and tear your head off the floor.
  3. Keep your legs straight and lift them half a meter from the floor.
  4. Spread your legs slightly wider than your hips.
  5. Shift your legs, keeping them at the same level.

Exercise: Bicycle

Technique of the exercise:

  1. Sit on the floor with knees bent at the knees.
  2. Tilt the body back and rest on your elbows.
  3. Keep your legs bent at the knees and tear them off the floor.
  4. Pull the left leg forward, leaving your right leg bent.
  5. Alternately change your legs to perform bicycle traffic.

Exercise: Twisting legs lying on the side

Technique of the exercise:

  1. Lay down on your side and lean back slightly.
  2. Hold your hands behind your head.
  3. Tear both feet off the floor and twist your legs so that they touch the knee, elbow of the arm.
  4. Pull your feet forward, keeping them raised.
  5. Do the required number of times and repeat the exercise lying on the other side.

Technique of the exercise:

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your arms crossed on your chest.
  2. Tear both feet off the floor.
  3. Lower the upper body, and turn the shoulders to the right side and pull your legs forward.
  4. Rise into a sitting position, do not put your feet on the floor.
  5. Repeat the exercise with turning the shoulders to the left.
