✳️ I want to make this post personal because I don’t want you to feel alone so I’ll tell you my story and how I almost never “fanny fart” since doing my Pelvic Floor & Core Exercise Program.
✳️ Prior to Rexie (my only son) I was extremely embarrassed of queefing having experienced it both during sex and in yoga classes. After Rex, it happened even more as my pelvic floor had completely lost all its strength and my vaginal walls were definitely not “tight”!

✳️ It happened during sex always, working out in particular squats and hip thrusts as well as yoga.
However, now a couple of years in with a strong pelvic floor ”fanny farts” are apart of my past and I began to see results within just a few weeks!!
