🔥 Dumbbell Flyes
You can do flyes with dumbbells or you can use cables or a machine. The same techniques apply. 👇
🔥 You should keep your shoulder blades locked back and your chest up. Your arms should have a slight bend and you should focus on bringing the dumbbells together by pulling through your arms and not with your hands. You don’t need to go heavy on these and chances are if you try, you won’t feel your chest doing much of the work.
