Always remember this is a marathon, not s sprint!! I no longer consider myself on a weight loss journey. I’ve lost 120 lbs, I’m happy with my body & most importantly I’m healthy! However, that doesn’t mean I can stop living the lifestyle. For the remainder of my life I know two things. 1: I’m going to go up and down in weight about 10-15lbs and that’s honestly quite normal. 2: I’m going to forever have to work at keeping my health and weight in check. This is the main reason why I don’t answer those “how long did it take you to lose weight” questions because it’s never going to be over. Once you decide to live this lifestyle just know it takes a lifetime commitment, even after the weight is lost!.
