I didn’t realize how bad i let myself go until i saw this picture of myself. I work 60-70 hour work weeks so I didn’t have much time to go to the gym. I was also extremely addicted to soda so the hardest part was giving it up. Now i can barely stand the stuff, I drink about 120 ounces a water per day. My transformation was done completely at home with short but intense HIT training. If I can do it, YOU can do it!
