🚨Leg Day Stretches🚨
Stretches – this is special exercises aimed at general warming up of the body, development of muscles and mobilization of the joint-ligament apparatus. Usually performed before training, but can also be included in the training program and after.
✅Quad Stretch
•30 Seconds Each Side
Very important to stretch your muscles if you want them to grow and recovery properly and if you want to prevent injury. I recommend this basic stretching routine before and after every leg workout or intense cardio workout (at the very least perform this before).
