Movement starts at the bottom (starting) position. Stand up firmly and tightly. Hold the bar directly above the top of the chest, the arms are slightly wider than the width of the shoulders. Now imagine a straight line, straighten and squeeze the weight exactly above yourself with your hands and into the ceiling. Focus on your shoulders, during the whole exercise, when the elbows are straightened, lower the weight to the starting position above the chest
