Breakfast: Two huge bowls of cereal, four sandwiches

Mid-morning snack: Four sandwiches

Lunch: Four sandwiches, biscuits, sweets, cake and four sausage rolls

Afternoon snack: Four sandwiches

Dinner: Battered cod, fish fingers, chips and onion rings Drinks – Litres of Fanta, Coca Cola and other fizzy drinks

TYPICAL MEAL AFTER

Breakfast: Shredded wheat, apple and banana

Lunch: Chicken salad wrap and carrot sticks

Afternoon snack: Fruit and carrot sticks

Dinner: Chicken salad, couscous, fruit Drinks – Water, sometimes with a tiny bit of fruit cordial in it, tea
