Dinner: Battered cod, fish fingers, chips and onion rings Drinks – Litres of Fanta, Coca Cola and other fizzy drinks

Breakfast: Shredded wheat, apple and banana
Lunch: Chicken salad wrap and carrot sticks
Afternoon snack: Fruit and carrot sticks
Dinner: Chicken salad, couscous, fruit Drinks – Water, sometimes with a tiny bit of fruit cordial in it, tea
