🔥 How to Fix Your PUSH UP
There are multiple variations of push-ups but you should always avoid having your arms at a 90 degree angle or in a “T” shape as this will increase your chance of shoulder impingement.
Keeping your arms at a 45 degree angle or an “arrow” shape is safer and will primarily work your chest. If you keep your arms at a 10-20 degree angle or an “I” shape, you’ll put more emphasis on your triceps. Both of these are safe and effective 💪🏼.
