⭕️ OHP WARMUP WITH BAND
💥 Here’s my top 3 warm up exercises for a killer OHP that I like doing before my seshes.
I always like working on thoracic mobility which helps for basically all the exercises that I perform (asides from OHP) but I also throw in some banded work for my shoulders to get some blood flowing.
