I tried so hard losing weight and eating clean and nothing fucking worked!! Maybe it was my lack of willpower or just my body. Eventually i gave up and started to eat looots of chocolate (30gr per day) again and just went back to the normal amount of school and leisure sport again (6 hours but not really hardcore sport but having fun with friends). Lo and behold, i just started to lose weight.
Losing weight doesn’t always mean working out and eating clean. Sometimes it’s more important to be happy and have fun. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, things will come in time! ♡♡♡
