One year’s difference. Before I thought I was doing everything right, eating industrialized stuff that claimed to be “diet” friendly, even if it meant being all made by fake and chemical ingredients. I also barely exercised, thought it was a boring obligation. Fast-forward one year, and the situation is almost 100% the opposite. My eating is based on real and nutritious food, and exercising is one of my favorite things! The quality of my life has increased tremendously and I’m proud of myself for the changes I’ve made. It’s all about choices. 😄❤️💪
