Lose weight more quickly

It’s been one of those weeks where I’ve had trouble staying on track and have been feeling like I haven’t really made any progress. Whenever I feel like this, I always make a before and after pic to remind myself of where I started. I’m halfway to my goal and I’m not anywhere close to finished! I’ve become so much happier these past few months and am starting to see myself much more positively. I’m ready to tough it out and keep going because the only one stopping me is myself! I can and will be the girl I want to be
