I was thinking about what I want today.
Before anorexia
What I want to do with my life in the next week, next month, next year and way beyond that.
And then how I was going to reach those goals.
And I got way too far into my head. The feelings of needing to achieve and progress are hard to kick, they’re pretty deeply ingrained.
And then I stopped because I realised that I don’t need to know how I’ll reach those goals because I have already come this far.
And that is all I need to know.
I know I can do anything I’ve I’ve come this far already.
And that’s pretty great motivation.
