Left: August 2011, not sure how much I weighed but probably around 185 lbs

Right: May 2014, 155 lbs

Diet: I stopped drinking soda and seriously decreased my juice intake, completely cut out fast food, but otherwise eat basically whatever I want as long as I get in at least 4 fruits, 5 vegetables, and about 70 grams of protein a day.

My exercise routine has been varied (I do occasional 5K runs, bodyweight resistance training, hikes, etc) but rowing and weight lifting have been my main focus.
