How did I lose the weight?
It really has to do with starch reduction.

- I taught myself to stick to a portion size and to stop eating when I was full. My initial portion trainer was a plate and that plate had to stop at a single level of food.
- I started eating a solid breakfast. Ham, Eggs, and wheat toast with natural butter. Still eat it today and I was able to beat high cholesterol.
- I always get 8 hours of sleep.

- 170 lbs.
- Went from a size 56 in waist to a 32 in waist and a 3xlt shirt size to a Medium shirt size.
- How long did it take?

- Hot Tips?
- Get rid of the starchy Carbs.
- Cut back on the sugar as much as possible.
- Limit your portion sizes.
- Stop eating when you feel full. Take the rest home in a doggy bag.

- Start small with the exercise. Don’t overdo it and burn yourself out. Stop listening to skinny doctors that have never been fat that tell you to beat yourself up in a gym. The end result is a lot of frustration and joint damage.
- Find a good internal medicine doctor and have the doctor monitor your progress. Have your blood tested every 6 months and tune your vitamin regiment to the deficiencies in your blood lipid panel. I was able to beat cholesterol, Diabetes, and hypertension with this little trick.
- How do I feel now?
- Like a new man. I am 35 years old and I feel like I am 25 years old. I am commonly mistaken for a 20 something and old friends do not even recognize me. It was a lot of work but well worth it.
