loosing weight is believing you can do it

A huge part of loosing weight is believing you can do it and realising it isn’t going to happen overnight

I hate my before photos but they definitely help me to visually see my changes.

This Wednesday I am really hoping to get my 4.5 stone award so I’m posting these to give me motivation for the week ahead 💪🏼💪🏼
Does anyone have any tips that helps them get those weight losses they want?!
