I lost 66lbs through diet alone. During exam time however I gained 20lbs back 🙁
At 196lbs, and with university over, I decided to join the gym. I then started personal training a month later and I have never felt better. My confidence at the gym was very low but my personal trainer has helped significantly. I am now a sucker for strength training. I throw a little cardio in my workouts too, about 20 mins. Since joining the gym in November I have lost 23lbs of fat and also gained muscle – ain’t nothing wrong with muscle!
In total I have lost 69lbs, so happy with my progress!
