This is more kind of a before and during, I am 164 cm / 5 ft 4. 🙂
On the left in August 2013 I am 78kg / 171 lbs, just after my year abroad, where I gained 15 kg (it was still awesome . Till I broke my arm whilst skating 3 weeks ago, I worked out 5-6 times a week (2-3x soccer, 2-3x running, 2x gym (weights + cardio) . I drink a lot 2 litres+ and eat between 1600-2200 cals/day.
