As the picture shows, this is two months worth of progress.
I hit the gym 5 days a week out of 7, mostly lifting weights with a limited amount of cardio. I ate mostly clean, but didn’t beat myself up over a slip-up or two. Completely cut out all sweets and such, though, and only drink water, black coffee or tea.
I added the third part to keep reminding myself and everyone else that while this is encouraging to see, it’s just a beginning!
