🚨 3 DEADLIFT WARM UP EXERCISES
✅ Anyway, deadlifting is a very complex exercise, and many people require a good amount of time (rep wise) to get “the right feeling” of it, myself included.
✅ This is why you might benefit from some dynamic warm up before performing your DL workout.

Here are 3 easy exercises you can do to increase your blood flow and warm your hamstrings & lats up, to feel the right muscles working as soon as you start deadlifting!
The first is a side lunge: You start with your feet wider than shoulder width, and you shift your body weight to one leg bending the knee, keeping the other one straight with toes pointin gthe ceiling. At first you’ll require the help of your hands to stabilize yourself, but once you start performing it frequently, you’ll be able to do it without them.

✅ The second exercise is.. I don’t know the name, but I wanna call it a “kick the moon” hams’ dynamic stretch. All you do is lay down on the floor with one leg straight: pay attention to it and don’t let it come up as you kick up with the other leg.

The third is an upper body lat activation exercise. You will need this one to learn the feeling of the pre-pull tension you’ll need to create before pulling the bar up.
Try these out for 3-4 sets of 10 reps for each leg and you’ll be good to go!
