Cardio or Weights? Depends on your fitness goals.. lose weight quickly or get lean, there’s a difference. Aerobic or anaerobic exercise.. marathon runner or sprinter.. both will result in weight loss and a healthier lifestyle but body composition is the difference. Overweight people there is a lot of muscle underneath that fat, take your time, lean out and give your body shape and structure. My life and career revolves around athletics and fitness getting my athletes to be mentally and physically stronger. Teachings had to apply to my own life. When I first started my career as a coach I was 355lbs with high blood pressure and other ailments. I lost over 135lbs without surgery.
