Regular, consistent exercise and whole food dense eating.
I’m a little shocked that there’s a difference between the May and August picture. At the end of April I stopped counting calories, macros, weighing out my food and began truly listening to my body. The numbers consumed me, but I didn’t trust that I could see progress without them.
I feel so free without that stress. But more importantly I feel so proud of my body and mind for becoming one again.
