My approach was simple. Become obsessed and take extreme action.
I decided to utilize Intermittent Fasting as my initial diet. I started off eating between 1PM-6PM. After 6 I didn’t eat any food (only drank water) until the next day at 1PM. Once I started to see massive results I got addicted to the process and it truly as been enjoyable ever since. IF (intermittenting fasting) worked best for me because I was a food addict, 6 small meals a day wasn’t strict enough. So I decided to go with IF because it forced me to stop eating so much.
