  • Take dumbbells in both hands for balance, the stand is even, hands are stretched along the body, this is the starting position;
  • Start slowly and under control so as not to lose balance, start divert one leg back, and tilt the body simultaneously as a counterweight in the front, divert the leg until the body and the hind leg are on the same line;
  • We return to the starting position, and perform the necessary number of repetitions
