My first day of college I weight 230 pounds.(Top Left) May of the next year when school got out I weighed 270 pounds.(Bottom Left) Eighteen months later I weight 165 pounds.(Right) I decided to start eating sizable portions of food and I also decided to start collecting gym equipment at my house. It makes you feel extremely guilty if you have work out equipment in front of your face all the time ad know you want/need to change but don’t use it. Eventually that guilt will over come and you will start to use it.
