✅Dropsets – A great way to limit rest time and push your muscles to their limits. After completing a set, immediately decrease weight and go right into another set.
✅Supersets – Performing multiple exercises back to back with limited rest time in between.
✅Cardio Exercises – I like introducing HIIT cardio exercises in the middle of a weight training circuit to increase heart rate and burn more calories. High knees are a great example of this.
