5 years ago I topped the scale at 270lbs at 5 foot 6 inches and was struggling with the image I saw in the mirror.
As scary as it was I needed to start making some changes or go down a slippery slope of battling the image I saw staring back at me.
I started paying attention to what I was feeding myself and eating regularly plus doing circuits at home. I was able to successfully lose about 60-70lbs on my own and maintain it off but got stuck.
At 200 pounds, I wasn’t done so I startedWeightlifting and meal prepping. Focusing on lifting weights and eating every 2.5 hrs has completely transformed my body and mind.
