How to lose weight very fast without exercise
Nov 2016: 381 lbs
Oct 2017: 245 lbs
(~136 lbs weight loss, ~152 lbs of fat lost with ~16 lbs of muscle gained 💪 )
Tracking my calories and changing my diet was the biggest help. I also slowly added in strength training/cardio as I made more progress in my weight loss. Still have a ways to go but looking forward to continue my healthy lifestyle and eventually reach my goals! Thanks to all my friends/family for the support :).
