These photos are taken two years apart. I am 4”11’ and in the first photo.

I weighed 130 lbs, now I weigh around 105 lbs.

It has not been the biggest weight loss but I dealt with an eating disorder in the middle of it and now I’m rising back.

I did this through mostly clean eating.

I’d say I eat about 60% clean; I exercise 3-4 times per week doing low cardio in intervals and strength training.

If you’re trying to lose weight, don’t forget to love yourself.
