Your body constantly burns calories
I’ve been out of high school almost three years and in that time, my weight has gone from about 190lbs to 143lbs. After ending an abusive relationship, I decided it was time to do something for myself. I do some form of cardio about three times per week as well as squats and arm workouts at least five days a week. I never looked at my eating habits as a diet, but rather cutting my portions in half. I’m still continuing this journey and although it’s nice that I’ve gone from a size 16 to a size 6, I find the most noticeable difference in my confidence and physical health.
