My weight loss journey started almost 3 years ago.
I decided that enough was enough! I had to do something to lose weight and improve my life. I started to workout and follow a low carb, high protein diet.
After 8 months of hard work I found myself 45 lbs lighters. It was amazing, life changing journey.
Now I find myself on a weight maintenance journey. I am now eating low carb, high fat, moderate protein and lifting weights, I absolutely love it. I plan to coach people to lose weight, it is a passion.
