healthy girl changes

I prefer to do before and afters when there’s a bigger difference between the two, but the picture on the left came up on my Timehop today (3 years ago) and it just so happened that.

I was wearing the same coat and scarf (it’s snowing in Durham) so thought I may as well 🙃 not a big change in weight, maybe a stone or so, but this coat didn’t zip up then and now it does so I must have lost a bit 🤗 on the right 199lb
