Apparently this is my husbands version of making the bed, but when you are dreading the scales for whatever reason (my body feels as though it’s getting ready for hibernation right now and is making me feel like a big ol’ lump 😆) make a quick comparison pic to help get rid of some of the mean thoughts you have about yourself.
