I’ve worked my ass off to reach where I am today. There hasn’t been an easy route, I’ve chosen to do my weight loss all naturally with food and workouts.
It’s been hard work in the gym, 5 days a week. It’s deliberately choosing what and when I eat. It’s drowning myself in water. It’s sweating til I have sweat rings. It’s buying new shoes, because I’ve worn others out. It’s telling myself I can do it when I wanna give up. It’s not snoozing the alarm one more time. It’s getting up, showing up, and working toward my goals for the last 14 months.
I’m down 36 lbs and 28.5 inches. There’s no denying it with these photos.
