Here are my 30 Day Shred results!

Height: 5’5”

BW: 178 lbs

CW: 157 lbs

GW: 130 lbs

I highly recommend Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred, it helped get me back into a workout routine after having a baby, and I’m so happy with the results!  If I can do it after a baby 2 months ago, you can too! (I was also tracking 1400 calories / day throughout.)
