🔥 The Machine Shrug are the technique of doing the exercise:

  1. First, set the weight in the Machine Shrug at a convenient position for you. Grasp the handle of the simulator on the width of the shoulders, the palms pointing down.
  2. Remove weight from the fixture mounts. Stand up straight, relax your shoulders and arms. The back is straight. This will be your starting position.
  3. On inhalation, lift the weight as high as possible. Hold your shoulders in the uppermost position for 1-2 seconds.

Hint: try not to engage your biceps while doing the exercise. Work should only shoulders.
Lower the weight to its original position, run the desired number of repetitions
