🔥Cable Flys upper chest
When our task is to pumping the upper of the chest, the handles will need to be pulled not from the top down, but from the bottom up. That is, the exercise is performed on the bottom block.
Cable Flys middle chest
Mid-chest To work out the middle of the chest, secure the blocks in the middle of the supports and follow the information straight ahead. In this position, the hands at the end point will not be directed up or down, but forward.
